Our work with our bees and the honey is and has always been motivated by deep passion. In 2005, Viktoria, our founder, decided to leave a 15-year long career in the corporate consultancy world to pursue her life-long interest in bees and quality in handcrafted food. Becoming a beekeeper at a time when there weren't even women-sized beekeeping clothes available in Sweden, took us where we are today: Managing eight apiaries situated around our Honey House on the Southwestern Coast of Sweden, outside Malmo, redefining honey production in Sweden and staying true to natural, bee-friendly and intuitive approach to beekeeping.
