About Amélie du Petit Thouars
Born in 1983, lives and works in Reims. Graduated in 2007 from ESAG-Penninghen, artistic director and independent illustrator since 2008. Typography, lettering and drawing are at the heart of her practice. She offers an aesthetic centered on graphics and likes to deconstruct letters and typographic grids to create her own visual language. His work is eclectic and nourished by the creation of posters, silkscreens, linocuts and drawings, outside of his commercial projects. After 10 years as co-creator of the dynamic duo MOSHI MOSHI Studio, an independent graphic design studio based in Paris, she decided to start fresh and take on new challenges. Its main field of action is print, be it books, catalogs, illustrations, magazines, brochures, leaflets, logos, visual identities, posters, etc. She likes to be versatile, drawing, taking photos and not taking herself seriously! For her personal work, she likes to experiment with typography, glitches, drawings and photography...
