Aside from Arcelia's chocolate being delicious - it always arrived so carefully packaged for shipping and insulated to protect it from heat or cold. Her chocolate is well loved by our loyal chocolate lovers.

Took a risk buying these as we'd not tried the bars before (we're in the US). Really pleased we did as they are fantastic bars. Excellent flavors, great ethics, beautiful packaging. Samples were a bonus too, especially as this meant we could check for any temperature damage during shipping, which was unlikely as they were very well packaged in appropriately sized styrofoam box (no, we don't like styrofoam, but it's better than spoiled chocolate :) )
