All items arrived as described. There was a small delay due to demand and it being the Christmas season. Customer Service (Arran) kept us updated with delivery updates. There was an issue where the composition sheets were not in the package. This was resolved by Arran via message, and he sent digital copies of this information. Can't wait for these to be sold at our stall next week. I am certain they will be highly wanted.

Products missing, what we did receive was broken, labels that should have been received never arrived. Slow communication. Ended up applying for a refund, also the covering on the donuts was split and open, something we weren't willing to send out to customers.

The Christmas donuts look great and are packaged in an appealing way. I think they might prove very popular! They are good value for money and I look forward to coming back for more products soon.
