the sage bag was open and there was sage all over the bottom of the box. my last order of cauldrons had a chipped lid. this order one lid wasn't included. i was told it would be shipped out the next day. i have not received it nor had a response since. it was a surviving item ordered for a customer and their deadline for needing the item has passed.
