Service was great, responded very quickly to damaged items in our order, but overall the Packaging looks kind of cheap, and the items smells are really really overwhelming, like a cheap candle. I don't think this is really going to do well in our store so chalking this up to a loss and moving on. Wish them well, but we were expecting a little higher end more natural kinds of smells aligned to some of the other products we order. Reviews were good so we tried it.
