Candle Safety Instructions * NEVER leave a burning candle unattended. * NEVER use water to extinguish a candle, as it could cause the wax to splash, burn, or cause the container to explode. * Ensure wicks are upright and trimmed to 7mm (1/4 inch) during use and each time the candle is relit. * NEVER move a burning candle. Ensure the candle is extinguished, the wax is solid, and the jar is cold before handling. * Candles in tins may become hot. Burn the candle on an appropriate flat heat-resistant surface and away from drafty areas, open windows, or fans. * ALWAYS burn candles within sight. * Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials. * Do not use a lid to extinguish the candle. * NEVER burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time, or past 1/4" to the bottom of the container. Doing so may cause the inclusions to catch fire or melt the container. ALWAYS burn on a fireproof tray or surface.
