My first order with YumYum4Dogs was great, but my second order was a completely different experience. The shipping date kept getting pushed back, and when I reached out for an update, I received no response. I followed up again and let them know I’d need a reply within 24 hours or I’d be cancelling the order—still no reply. When I attempted to cancel, they refused. These were holiday items and I already had my seasonal setup in place, so I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to sell through them i
