I missed a couple of items on a previous order, and a few things I needed were unavailable. The person I worked with was able to find items that would work for me & helped me put together additional orders to make sure that I had everything I needed for my event. The quality is amazing. One item was a customer special request. She was thrilled with the singing bowl, showed it to others at the retreat & I'll order more soon. This is my 1st "stop" for studio store items from now on.
