Romance Novel Soy Wax Valentines Day Candle - 10 oz Candles
Candle wicks were cut too short causing a tunneling burn when tested after company said candles were fine & were "pre-trimmed". I sent photos showing the tunneling issue. Company had me email them outside of Faire to resolve things but ultimately said they couldn't do a refund because, "they can't credit my order after having sent & added the shipping information. That is all on Faire." They did offer to replace the candles but I just chose to allow Faire to handle the issue & got the refund.
