Very poor experience. The plush are SMALL! Most of the fur is really matted and gross feeling. The faces on the animals - especially the cats - are AWFUL! They look creepy and distorted. We found holes in some of the plush. The stitching is terrible. Low quality for a premium price and shipping is CRAZY! Do not buy. Waste of money. Customer service wasn't helpful.

The eyes of the little kittens are not in the right place, making them look somewhat deformed. The new cuddly toys were supposed to be sent on April 23, and today, on May 5, nothing has been received. There is also no information about the transport, but I have already paid.
