Fall Cake Batter Cookies
Order was placed on October 2nd and part of order was received ASAP. The other part of this order which included pumpkin cookies did not ship until 26 days later. I contacted the company multiple times with delayed response a simple comment this order has shipped, which in all reality did not. Seasonal items are not returnable, so now I am stuck with cookies I cannot sell. Very upset with the customer service with this company.
