All items arrived as described. There was a small delay due to demand and it being the Christmas season. Customer Service (Arran) kept us updated with delivery updates. There was an issue where the composition sheets were not in the package. This was resolved by Arran via message, and he sent digital copies of this information. Can't wait for these to be sold at our stall next week. I am certain they will be highly wanted.

Products missing, what we did receive some was broken, labels that should have been received never showed up. Slow communication. Ended up applying for a refund also the covering on the donuts was split and open, something we weren’t willing to send out to customers.
