I agree with a similar opinion on inaccurate stock. The products are so beautiful, but it's a shame that the stock levels are not accurate. No one informs if certain items are not sent in case of a shortage. Considering there are often customs fees, not everyone can afford to pay them multiple times to get their "complete" order. FAIRE makes efforts to satisfy us, but the brand does not make any! It doesn't make you want to reorder...

Asked for help after an issue with my order, messaged multiple times, even contacted Faire directly who have said they have instructed the brand to get in touch with me but it's been 12 days now and still haven't heard back. Had burners removed from the order I had placed as it was "out of stock" but was on sale again less than 2 hours later but they wouldn't add them back onto my order + I couldn't place a second order to get the missing items as that wouldn't reach the minimum order amount.
