We received with strong delay the delivery, but the outer box was dented at the corners, and many of the inner packages were affected. Even the individual bar packaging in several cases. We cannot present or sell the bars in this condition as a high-end retailer focused on selected quality products, presentation is important to our clientele, who are quite discerning. Also the chocolate texture itself is showing damaged due to high temperatures.
