Upcycled from reclaimed bicycle chain and new paracord. Adjustable: Designed to fit most wrists via slip-fit knots. Knots are tied pretty tight, to help them stay in place. This is not a bracelet that I'd want to take off or put on daily. Sometimes a helper is required to get the bracelet on and adjusted properly. I wear mine 24/7, it's been on for years and shows no signs of wear (your mileage may vary).
