I was first wowed with great client service when I messaged them on a Sunday afternoon and received an almost immediate response “ with a smile” from Kendall ! This family owned Cincinnati, Ohio business uses responsibly sourced feathers and super nice cotton . My order came promptly and I’m ready to order again!!
