XOXO Pink Print Valentine's Day Sweatshirt Faux Sequin
Similar to the experience of others, we were under the impression we were ordering a real sequin sweatshirt. Faux was not listed in the title when we purchased, & the fact that it was a print was buried in the description. I’ve tried to work with the seller to make an exchange so that they do not lose any money, and they have declined. At $40 MSRP, the quality is just not up to par. When you have this many dissatisfied buyers, it’s time to recognize this as your mistake, not theirs.

When I ordered these sweatshirts the description stated XOXO sequin sweatshirt however when I received my order they are printed not actual sequins. I attached photos of the description when I ordered, my packing slip, the care instructions and now they have changed the description. Very unfortunate this is a seasonal no return item and I am stuck with sweatshirts that look nothing like the photos!

XOXO Pink Print Valentine's Day Sweatshirt Faux Sequin
These sweatshirts look very cheap. The "XOXO" is a vinyl/plastic applique that looks extremely 'fake'; not even close to a sequined appearance, more like a splattered paint look. Although this was my first order with the brand they have refused to provide a return label to accept the product back (of which "first orders" state they are returnable). I do not recommend this vendor, nor taking a risk by placing an order that you will not be willing to keep whether you 'like it or not'.
