Reusable- by reserving a bit from each batch, you can continue to make Filmjolk yogurt repeatedly. Comes with 2 packets of Filmjolk starter culture Contains milk Instructions here Pro-bacteria found: lactococcus lactis, leuconostoc mesenteroides, and diacetyl.
