Our Ssam Jang features two fermented superfood flavors–our organic jujube infused dwenjang and lacto-fermented fresno chilis produced in house with California hot peppers–that are combined with nutrient-dense and antioxidant-rich walnuts to create a powerhouse sauce built for a happy gut. It is ridiculously delicious, addictive, and may likely become the stand-alone sauce that you eat by the spoonful. Flavor notes: robust, tempered, gentle, barely sweet, comforting Creative uses: Use it to transform any quick assembly of simple flavors into something entirely special and impressive: mixed into a grain dish with steamed zucchini and roasted greens; dolloped over jammy boiled eggs; incorporated into a stuffed cabbage roll.

I was so excited to find Queens on Faire. They are a small San Francisco business making some of the most unique Asian-American condiments available with thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Super fast shipping - we received our Gochujang & Dwenjang 2 days after placing it. I can't wait to sell them to travelers from all over at our airport shop. If you're a boutique or market stocking chili crisps, olive oils, or other artisanal food products, these would be a great addition to your offerings.
