The items are great, but it took over a month to ship (with the shipping date being pushed multiple times) & when we received the boxes items had not been packed for shipping so there were a large number of damaged items. Large ceramic bowls and plates were stacked on top of each other with no packing between them, and were in with larger boxes that were loose. Felt like things were just thrown in. Several items that were in stock when we ordered were sold out by the time they packed the order.
