I order the wrong size by mistake and reached out for an exchange but they basically said too bad. I can understand not issuing refunds but exchanges seem very easy to accommodate especially if the customer is willing to pay for shipping, of which, I am completely willing to do. It a much better alternative than getting stuck with a product I am unable to use.
