Just when you thought that our Bourbon Cocktail Cherries couldn't get any better, we are throwing a curveball! We couldn't stop with just one flavor. These cherries have all the sweetness and richness of our original Bourbon Cocktail Cherries plus a kick of spice. After some experimenting we have paired Guajillo Chiles, which have a medium heat with bright undertones of citrus and pine, with Habanero Peppers, which are pure heat with tropical hints and rounded out with the fiery smoke and citrus heat of Chile Pequin. Together these fiery and fruity peppers are the perfect compliment to our sweet, tart and oaky bourbon soaked cherries. It's so difficult to find such nuanced flavors like this wherein we swear you can actually taste each specific chile's profile without being blasted by burn. The heat is there but it's part of the flavor experience rather than being overpowering. Hands down our best selling cherry we stock. (Sorry Luxardo!) Camper's jams are also amazing. Don't get me started on the Absinthe Orange Marmalade!
