The products are good, but fulfillment and customer service are lacking. I placed my order on 1/29/25 and received a portion of it on 3/10/25. The other shipment has not arrived yet, but somehow the status has been updated to delivered. Meanwhile, the tracking number that was provided shows that the items are still pre-transit. I reached out to the company a week ago, but I have not received a reply.
