It is possible to get pieces outside this range, or with other variances in shapes, color shades, patterns, clarity, translucency, number of pieces or other characteristics which can vary each time natural stones are mined.

Edit: After leaving a review due to product damage caused from poor packaging, I was promptly contacted (I did not even need to reach out to them myself) with an offer to replace the damaged product and received excellent follow-up and communication to address the issue.
