The candles are great and customers love them, unfortunately the products were not shipped until well after the shipping estimate - which was already very long compared to other shops. I also reached out for updates via Faire messaging and socials and never got any response, tried to contact via her website to find out the website had been taken down. I had to get Faire customer service involved to get any sort of update and products shipped. I had to cancel a promotion due to late shipping.
