The fine-ribbed navy piqué cotton of the Horse Carousel dress helps to hold the structure of the long, puffed sleeves and the full flared skirt, creating a timeless silhouette. Our dresses are lined in cotton to create a perfect flare for twirling and dancing like everybody’s watching. The Horse Carousel has fabric covered buttons that fasten at the back, and at the wrists of the puffed sleeves, and an attached sash tie at the waist (12 months+), which is a good test for the best bow-tier in the family.
