Workmanship was great on the engraving, but the original product used for project was not quite what I’d hoped for. Hopefully that will improve, because workmanship was great and it was reasonably priced, quick shipment! I’d consider paying a little more for a little more substantial chime. It is something I think I will buy again to have things at different point values.

Shipping is a little slow, however, that may do with providing time for engraving. Order early. You can have them engrave, or have them sent to engrave yourself. Communication is quick and responsive. I would order again.
