We were having issues on our first few orders with cookies breaking during shipment but when I reached out to them, they were very responsive and quickly fixed the situation. The cookies are delicious and well packaged

Shelf life states 6-12 months. We received our Toffee Shortbread on May 24th and it had an expiration date on the packaging of August 11th. For a small coffee shop, this will be impossible to sell 150 of them in such a short amount of time. Extremely disappointed.
