Our fresh farmer's cheese is smooth and creamy. Think goat cheese without the tang! You can spread this on a bagel or toast at room temperature, or crumble in a salad when cold. It's the perfect cheese for crackers too! This is a pasteurized cheese, 6 oz. each. SHELF LIFE IS 60-90 DAYS DEPENDING ON BATCH. MUST BE REFRIGERATED.

We are a specialty meat market that stocks artisan cheeses as well. Smith's is one of my favorite companies to work with. We had an issue with our shipment and they took care of it in an instant. Plus the cheeses are DELISH!!!! Our customers love them and it's an easy sell because we love them too!!
