It is produced from the virgin fir forests of the Peloponnese at an altitude of 1000 meters. It is a thick and very special honey because it stands out for the pearl highlights that are created. It is rich in phosphorus, potassium, calcium and magnesium. It is of high nutritional value and low in sugar. It is anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial.
