Order processing was quick an easy. The person who helped me was Misaki and they were friendly and quick to respond. I was mostly impressed with the shipping as it came from overseas within 4 business days. It was probably due to the increase in shipments before tariffs hit, but it was extremely helpful at the time. The quality of these products are exquisite. I am in constant awe of their leather work. Pictures really don't do it justice.
