Spent well over $1500 with this business. The customer service is terrible. Had to file a claim with Faire TWICE to get them to ship my order. Waited well over their 21 business day turn around time before I filed my first claim also. Love the products but won’t be shopping with them again

Placed an order and within 24 hours it came across my news feed that they were on sale to the public for less than I paid for them wholesale. I contacted the brand and they informed me that they had to pay 25% fee to Faire and couldn't sell them to me (a wholesale customer ) for less than that. So....i bought them for more than they are selling them retail for. Buyers beware!!
