Product is fantastic, but was missing an item. I messaged company directly twice with no response at all. I eventually reached out to Faire directly and they handled the refund. I love this product, but will not order again due to the service.

There are not enough characters for me to write truly the review that they unfortunately deserve. I write this as a warning to other retailers - do NOT order. You will not receive your items, and there will be zero communication regarding your order. We've given them multiple chances, and have always been disappointed. Their work is beautiful, but unfortunately it will never grace your store shelves. Save your dollars and place them with a reliable company instead.

Unfortunately brand does not answer messages at all. Received only part of my order. Too bad because the products I did receive are beautiful but will not be ordering from again due to exrememly poor customer service.
