1st time ordering transfers from this company and our experience wasn't the greatest. We ordered transfers on 11/5, they shipped on 11/12, and received them on 11/16. Their logo states they ship in 2-4 days. They also shipped the wrong transfers, instead of receiving sublimation, we received DTF. I sent them a message on Faire and no response, which I made a claim to receive a refund.
