I messaged them after I placed my order in hopes of receiving a little sooner for a town event. They were so quick to respond to let me know they would ship it out a little earlier, I was so thankful and received my order in plenty of time. The bags are beautiful and very well made. Quality is very important but customer service is too and they exceeded in both!! thank you!
