Although this is an excellent product, the way in which I was treated by this company was so poor that I am sharing this to let other buyers know what could happen to them. 1 week after receiving my order I was blocked from reordering. When I asked why this happened Jenny Kraus told me another shop in my town wanted exclusivity and offered her "a deal she couldn't refuse". I explained how wrong this was and how much work it took me to bring it in and all I got was Sorry, I messed up!
