this was my first order, and I am very very impressed. everything looked exactly like the picture, was of superior quality, is packaged very well for easy merchandising, and was packed really really well. no breakage on any of the mugs. if I had to think of a complaint, I am disappointed that the books were pre-priced. other than that, I loved everything about this experience, and most definitely plan to order again!
