I am still giving four stars because everything I did receive was amazing. Hoping this was a one-time issue and our next order will go smoother. My order was short 9 items, and when I messaged the brand I was told that packaging had been out of stock for a couple of months. These items were still listed as in stock and there was no follow up to let me know I wouldn’t be getting them (I was charged for the products).

I love these products, a real favorite. However, there might be a need for improvement in the product descriptions, regarding the scent and content. Some information is missing. I was also surprised to find that there was 1 toy in the large boxes of mini bath bombs, which is great, but I didn't know, and it wasn't noted anywhere. In any case, I love them.

love as always. they all smell amazing, customers can't get enough. Only one thing I thought was odd, I ordered a holiday item that was refunded but it is still showing as available to order to this day. A little disappointed not to have that one in for my customers. just an odd thing otherwise I will be ordering again soon.
