"Jolpokki" (also "Jolpokki / red Topokki") is a variant of the Korean street food classic Tteokbokki (rice cakes in spicy sauce). In this variant, rice cakes and noodles are combined. The "Rosé" sauce is a mixture of spicy red chili sauce and a whitish/creamy base (e.g., cream, milk, cheese, or milk components) – similar to a "Rosé" style.
