Flavors of fresh grass, hints of artichoke & arugula on the finish. Medium pungent & medium robust. 100% Estate Grown and milled on our Sonoma County farm in Northern California. Picholine shines as a dipping & finishing oil and a great addition to a pesto or chimichurri sauce. Drizzle on pasta, hard cheeses and charcuterie. A cult favorite for lovers of green, pungent olive oil. Very high in polyphenols & antioxidants.
