I have ordered twice from this company. Both times the products came damaged. The earrings posts were bent on all of them. After the first communication they assured me this wouldn’t happen again which is why I ordered again. After communication with the brand the second time they simply told me to just bend them back. However, this can sometimes make them snap off.
