Clear Creek Green Lentils are sourced from a Montana farm in order to bring nutrient-rich products sourced from the Pacific Northwest to the kitchens of our customers. Our green lentils take less than half an hour to cook without any prior soaking. Our fresh green lentils have an earthy flavor with hints of pepper and are versatile enough to maintain their shape or puree easily. They make an excellent green lentil dal and can be combined beautifully with garlic and thyme for an easy side dish.

The shipping box was a split and falling apart so the post office had to deliver it in a tote with the remnants of the box stuffed in too. But these bags — they are heavy!! The product itself is great. The bags they are packaged in are very sturdy. We are happy with the product.

had some preparation questions responded and accurately! the garbanzo beans are amazing .after making a delicious hummus I had left over beans and ate them plain as a snack and they were great. highly recommended.
