We have placed a few orders and all have been great! Only issue we have experienced - we place an order when items were instock only for part of the order to be canceled without communication and the remainder was shipped. We could have added to the order to bulk it back up, or fill the items that were missing with another close option. Which would have also helped reduce the import fees since it’s spread over more product.

I got a quote from seller before buying and was told what shipping would be, so I went ahead with the purchase. Only to find out they charged me significantly a higher shipping charge. I have messaged the brand and they have not answered, will not reply, even though they have read my message. Also received 4 cracked bowls in the order because of not packaging them correctly, it appears. Faire did credit the damaged ones as usual. I have bought previously with some damage in shipping & some not.
