It is the most used and popular of all Lavender essential oils and is even now used in the food industry. "Good for everything," perfectly safe and with excellent tolerance, it can be used by the whole family and thus becomes an indispensable oil. Derived from a sub-shrub with a "lavender blue" color leaning towards violet, it is generally cultivated around the Mediterranean, between 1000 and 1200 meters in altitude on the sunny slopes of the Alps. In recent years, lavender is also cultivated in Bulgaria, China, Ukraine, and Canada.
