It is called large because unlike the other OC pendants that are made with a 14 gauge wire, the large pendant is made with a 12 gauge wire and come on a longer chain. The pendant circle is 1 1/4" in diameter, as on the REGULAR Open Circle necklace but comes on a 29"L chain.
