They are awful to work with. I ordered over $300 in merchandise. I received the merch, and the quality was cheap and the sizes were off. The jewerley is hallow and the post broke on a few of the earrings. I immediately went my faire account to initiate the return on everything. The return was complete on 9/22. Today, I received an email from Faire stating the return wasn't' valid, and they would reinstate the invoice to charge my account. I called Sheer Trend to discuss, no answer.
