Wow, I am beyond shocked at the condition of the plants upon arrival. Packaging was subpar at best. Not enough padding or protection. The tissue paper used was laughable. There was dirt everywhere and everything was wet. Second pic is the pile of leaves collected after plants were unboxed; third is how one plant arrived. Also where are the plant ID tags? You know customers are going to ask. I'm waiting to see how many plants will actually live; damage claim coming for sure. Poor, poor, poor.
