We've been a customer with Good Times for more than two years. We love their product, but their products have been out of stock. We also ordered with the company in December and were told two items were on backorder and would be shipped once restocked a few days later. These items have never arrived. We've called, emailed and messaged and they have completely ghosted us. And in the meantime, we've been charged for products that we have never gotten.
