I have been interested in this brand for a while but my hesitation was about the shipping, both the cost and the timeline. I finally took the plunge and placed an order, and it arrived in THREE DAYS, during the Thanksgiving holiday no less. Everything was packaged securely, all the products are so beautiful, amazing quality. The retail markup makes up for the shipping cost, and the speed at which they arrived was beyond impressive.

There was some damage in transit which cannot always be helped when shipping internationally, the damaged items were replaced very quickly with no hassle at all. I have been ordering from SDW for years before fair, the products are great, and their service is as quick as it can be with the time difference between Aus and the UK. Highly recommend!

I love the unique, more gothic items they offer for my alternative shop. Some items are really nice quality, others are very fragile and unfortunately didn't survive the trip to Belgium. I made a claim and got refunded without any problems. Some boxes appear used/damaged but I'm not sure if that's from the trip as well. It's not a big effort to put them in other packaging. Overall I'm happy with the price-quality they offer. Will definitely order again!
